SHIPPING & RETURNS
ShippingWe offer free standard shipping on all Canada, USA and International orders.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking number to show movement.
Shipping Times
Canada: 1-7 business days (Canada Post)
USA: 5-7 business days (USPS)
International: 10-21 business days (Standard)
Express Shipping
USA: 1-2 business days ($19.99, or free on orders over $150)
International: 2-5 business days (varies on each destination, free on orders over $150)
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control,
International Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Shopzoh does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duties and taxes. Customs policies differ for each destination, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns/Exchanges
We will gladly return/exchange items within 30 days of receipt, unless marked as final sale. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please email us at info@shopzoh.com to initiate the process. We do not offer free return shipping at this time. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Refused Packages
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
